Since the last season of suits ended in March, I've literally been counting down to the premiere of the seventh season. I've been such a huge fan of this show and the cast, I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching. The episode began with our favorite lawyer Harvey asking his Therapist, Dr. Paula Agard out on a date. This really bummed me out because I've been shipping #Darvey (Donna & Harvey) since maybe the third season, so I  was hoping the Therapist would say no, but she didn't.

Remember when Donna said she wanted "more" at the end of the last season? It turns out that what she meant by that was asking Harvey to make her a senior partner at the firm. Just like a baller, Donna handed her boss a cheque of half a million dollars to make him understand that she was serious about wanting "more". After more than a decade of working as Harvey's secretary, she finally got a seat at the table. Go Donna!!
Donna's relationship with everyone, (especially Harvey) is going to definitely change. She's no longer just his secretary, she's almost on the same level with him even though he's still her boss. She got bumped up from Legal Secretary to Senior Partner and I have a feeling that this will affect her in some way soon.

Mike is now a legitimate practicing attorney and I couldn't be more excited for him. But what does this mean for Mike? Where does this leave him now that he no longer has to fake it as a fraud ? Now the show doesn't have to focus on that story line which has been a great part of the show for the past six seasons. I'm excited to see where the writers take us this season. Hopefully #Darvey is still possible in the near future. A new episode of Suits premieres every Wednesday.

1. Suits never fails with its music! Hearing Imagine Dragons' "Whatever It Takes" was everything!
2. Still #Darvey

SUITS: Season 6 finale

The 6th season of suits has been quite an emotional one with Mike's would be wedding with Rachel, his going to Prison and Rachel's death row case. Death row cases can get really sad especially if the suspect is innocent which was the case of Leonard Bailey (Glenn Plummer) who was accused of murdering two people. After staying behind bars for 12 years, Leonard Bailey was finally exonerated with the help of Rachel and Jessica (Gina Torres). During this episode, a major character said goodbye to the show. Gina Torres decided to leave Suits to film another TV Show 'Catch' and it was quite emotional. This episode showed a different side of Jessica Pearson, she put her pro Bono case first before the firm and fought for the freedom of Leonard Bailey.          Gina Torres will no longer be a series regular and I was happy her character wasn't killed off like Will Gardner in the Good Wife, (I c...

Goodbye Mike & Rachel- Suits' Seventh Season Finale Review

Suits is one of my favorite Legal Drama's and for some reason, I'm still very invested in the show after 7 seasons. I don't think they've had any bad season and they've done such a great job with the growth and development of the major characters but the time to say goodbye to Mike and Rachel was finally here. Due to the fact that Meghan Markle would be getting married to Prince Harry, I guess it was a good time to wrap up her love story with Mike and they do this with the fairy tale wedding we've all been waiting for. Mike and Rachel have been an item since the first season and have been engaged since the fifth. They would have been married a season ago but were not able to because of Mike's time in prison. I always loved their chemistry and I was so sad to see them say goodbye and more than anything, I loved Mike and Harvey's relationship. It was so genuine and pure. The two final episodes of the final season of Suits aired back to back and...

Snowfall Season One Finale Review- "The Rubicon"

There's no denying that this season has been intense for the four major characters and everyone around them. The first season of Snowfall was all over the place but the by the 8th episode, I was convinced the writers finally got their thoughts together. The pilot episode was good and I felt this was a show I was going to fall in love with, but it became a struggle to watch after the third episode.  They got my attention back after Leon was shot in the final scene of the 8th episode. Franklin got himself into a very dangerous business which I still think he hasn't fully realized. He wants to hustle hard and make sure he's mom doesn't have to bother herself about anything, but she's disappointed when she finds out about her son's extra curricular activities. The neighborhood knows that he's the boss and he's really all about the money.  Damson Idris brings his character of Franklin to life and I couldn't see anyone else playing this role. He's ...
