   When it was announced that Meghan Markle and Patrick J. Adams were leaving Suits, I was really bummed out because I truly loved their story line and wasn't ready to see the it end. I kept wondering how Aaron Korsh and the writers were going to come up with story lines to keep the viewers as invested as they were during the last seven seasons and adding Katherine Heigl to the cast didn't make me feel better. But, after seeing the eight season premiere, I have a different opinion about this new chapter and it's a good one.The season picks up right where we left off last season with Harvey and Robert Zane having a conversation after Mike and Rachel's wedding reception.   Suits is one of my favorite Legal Drama's and for some reason, I'm still very invested in the show after 7 seasons. I don't think they've had any bad season and they've done such a great job with the growth and development of the major characters but the time to say goodbye to Mike and Rachel was finally here. Due to the fact that Meghan Markle would be getting married to Prince Harry, I guess it was a good time to wrap up her love story with Mike and they do this with the fairy tale wedding we've all been waiting for. Mike and Rachel have been an item since the first season and have been engaged since the fifth. They would have been married a season ago but were not able to because of Mike's time in prison. I always loved their chemistry and I was so sad to see them say goodbye and more than anything, I loved Mike and Harvey's relationship. It was so genuine and pure. I've been such a huge fan of this show and the cast, I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching. Image via tvline.com Finally we can rest easy! Mike is legal!     Harvey and Mike have been through so much trying to get Mike to pass the character and fitness test and thank God it payed off. Anita Gibbs drops by PSL to tell Mike that she's now a member on the board and there was no way she would let him become a lawyer. She really has it in for Mike and Harvey. They both find out that Gibbs would  replace one of the panelists, Walter Sampson, so they knew something was fishy. Harvey tries to figure out what Anita has on Sampson, but he finds nothing. At the trial the next day, Gibbs questions Mike's character by bringing up his time in prison and how he got out early. Rachel quickly comes to Mike's rescue by bringing out a 30 year old rule that allows Mike to call a character witness. "She's Gone" continued from where the last episode left of with a Donna and Harvey (#Darvey) dream which I honestly thought was real for a few seconds until I realized it could only be a dream. I knew that the writers wouldn't rush through something so important. That scene was such a tease but at least we know it'll happen sometime in the future. Harvey definitely has very strong feelings for Donna which he probably doesn't want to get into at the moment. Robert Zane offers his daughter Rachel a job at his firm so she'll have a better chance at passing the character and fitness portion of the Bar but Rachel declines telling him she can't abandon her work family at Pearson Specter Litt when they need her the most.         The 6th season of suits has been quite an emotional one with Mike's would be wedding with Rachel, his going to Prison and Rachel's death row case. Death row cases can get really sad especially if the suspect is innocent which was the case of Leonard Bailey (Glenn Plummer) who was accused of murdering two people. After staying behind bars for 12 years, Leonard Bailey was finally exonerated with the help of Rachel and Jessica (Gina Torres). During this episode, a major character said goodbye to the show. Gina Torres decided to leave Suits to film another TV Show 'Catch' and it was quite emotional. This episode showed a different side of Jessica Pearson, she put her pro Bono case first before the firm and fought for the freedom of Leonard Bailey.          Gina Torres will no longer be a series regular and I was happy her character wasn't killed off like Will Gardner in the Good Wife, (I c...
