The nominees for the 2021 Emmy awards were announced on Tuesday, the 13th of July with HBO & HBO Max leading with a total of 130 nominations followed closely by Netflix with 129 while Disney has a total of 71 nominations. "The Crown" & "The Mandalorian" tie with a total of 23 nominations with Hulu's "The Handmaids Tale" scoring 21 nominations. The 71st Emmy Awards is set to air on September 19th with Cedric The Entertainer as the host.
